Pediatric Hospital Medicine
The USF Health Pediatric Hospitalist team provides expert, compassionate care for children throughout their hospital stay at Muma Children’s Hospital at Tampa General Hospital and St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital.
In addition to inpatient care, our team provides specialized services in the Newborn Nursery and Pediatric Palliative Care, ensuring comprehensive support for children and families at every stage of care.
Our Newborn Nursery team provides expert monitoring and medical support for infants during their first days of life. We work closely with families to promote a healthy start, answer questions, and ensure a smooth and confident transition home.
Our Palliative Care team supports children with serious or complex medical conditions. This care focuses on comfort, symptom management, quality of life, and whole-family support. We collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate, coordinated care tailored to each child’s needs.
