Internal Medicine/Pediatrics

Dr. Patricia Emmanuel, chair of the USF Health Morsani Colege of Medicine's Department of Pediatrics, encourages parents or guardians to consider vaccinating eligible children 12 years or older against COVID-19 now that schools are reopening.

You can get your flu shot right in your doctors office.  Internal Medicine/Pediatrics is offering the flu vaccine for their established patients. Talk to your provider about getting the vaccine.

A Primary Care Doctor for Life

At USF Health, our primary care physicians specialize in caring for individuals through all growth and maturity stages, from infancy through adulthood.  Effective care is tailored to each patient because the physicians who have been treating them since childhood are the best equipped to understand their needs as adults. USF Health provides access to a wide range of specialists as needed.

The USF Health Morsani College of Medicine has been selected as a site for a clinical trial testing the Moderna mRNA-1273 COVID-19 vaccine for children ages 6 months to less than 11 years.
