Online Course Prep

Students will need a NetID to gain access to the MyUSF portal. MyUSF houses university applications and resources like email, Canvas, Teams, and others in one virtual location. Instructions on creating and activating a NetID are located here: https://www.usf.edu/it/documentation/netid.aspx

Access Canvas: 

Go to https://my.usf.edu/, sign in with your NetID, click the Learning & Teaching Tools drop-down and select Canvas.

Access Email: 

The MyUSF portal can be used to access ALL USF email accounts. Log in to the MyUSF Portal (https://my.usf.edu/) and click Email on the menu at the top of the page to see the USF Office 365 (@usf.edu). More information on USF email accounts.

Course Technology: 

Microsoft Teams and Office 365:
Students now receive Office 365 accounts when they are admitted to USF. All students will have an Office 365 (@usf.edu) email address and associated services (Teams, OneDrive, OneNote, etc.). Your username and password are your NetID@usf.edu and NetID password. More information on Office 365.
