Quality Matters (QM) is a faculty-centered, peer-review process designed to certify the quality of design of online or blended courses. The quality of design is measured using the QM rubric, developed from research, best practices and instructional design pedagogy. The QM rubric was created to help course developers, teachers, faculty, entire organizations and, most importantly, students. The standards in the rubric are intended to guide you through the development, evaluation and continuous improvement of your online and blended courses.
