Community Hub
Overview
At the heart of the USF College of Public Health’s community engagement mission is a commitment to strengthening community, as well as innovation in research, education and practice. The Community Hub is designed to facilitate connections and engagement with multiple sectors, partners, and communities. In alignment with the mission, vision, and values of COPH, the Community Hub fosters connections through community-engaged research, education, and outreach as well as collaborative community events to bring awareness to pressing public health issues.
The Community Hub has an Advisory Board involving internal and external collaborators to assist in steering the strategic direction of the Hub. We are aligned with the USF Office of Community Engagement and Partnerships in our efforts to collaborate with local and global partners in support of student growth and development, along with growing partnerships that support the college’s mission.
Community engagement supports people in the spaces where they live, work, play, and age. We are grateful to our Advisory Board members who help shape our trajectory.
