Since the college’s creation by the Florida Legislature in 1985 to educate the public health workforce of Florida, the College of Public Health has been passionate about creating opportunities to improve health outcomes and provide training in public health. 

The USF College of Public Health offers workforce development activities including:

COPH-related annual conferences, lectures and events offer professional development opportunities including the Dean’s Lecture Series, Florida Perinatal Quality Conference, and The Gravens Conference.
