Technical Assistance

Should you experience problems such as: broken links within a course website, accessing documents or presentations, playing audio/video files, resubmitting assignments, disconnection during an exam, or inability to receive emails, you can contact us for technical support. We do not provide assistance with computer hardware problems or on-campus courses.

Submit Online Form:

Use the Technical Problem Report Form ANYTIME of the day, night or weekends. Simply click on the link to submit a technical problem report form. After you complete and submit the form, you will be contacted WITHIN 24 hours from one of the ETA staff using the preferred method of contact indicated on the form.

For immediate assistance during Exams, please continue to use the Technical Problem Report Form posted in the instructions on the Canvas course website. Due to low utilization, live exam support is currently discontinued.
