The USF Health Office of Financial Aid provides service to ALL students in the USF Health community. We work diligently to assist students as they pursue their educational endeavors. With expert and proficient staff, the USF Health Financial Aid Office works in conjunction with University Scholarship and Financial Aid Services to play a pivotal role in student’s retention, progression and graduation.
Our goal is to help students who are enrolled at USF Health navigate the financial aid process, secure adequate funding for their educational expenses, as well as provide debt management counseling and financial planning. The USF Health Financial Aid Office partners with other departments/colleges and programs to provide informational sessions to prospective and current students and their families.

Privacy restrictions
Federal policy restricts what financial aid information we can discuss with you and/or your parents over the phone and via email, and you are now required to present a photo ID when you come to the office. Additional authentication questions will be asked each time you contact our office. These restrictions are in place at the federal level to protect your personal financial information and assure that only you have access to your financial aid record.

Use the appointment scheduler to schedule a telephone appointment and we will call you at a pre-determined date and time. Telephone appointments are available upon request for students and prospective students.
Phone appointments may be converted to a Microsoft Teams Meeting that would allow for sharing of personal information. Please be sure to check the email account listed in Student Self-Service (formerly OASIS) for further instructions once your appointment is scheduled. Depending on the reason for your appointment, you may not receive a call, but a request for a Microsoft Teams Meeting.

Due to privacy level restrictions, information given over the phone may be limited. If you would like more information regarding the different levels of privacy or if you would like to update your privacy status, please visit the Registrar’s Office website. Please be sure to update your privacy status prior to a scheduled phone appointment.

The USF Health Financial Literacy Program is designed to promote financial education to all graduate and professional students at USF Health. The financial literacy program will aim to provide professional guidance via one-on-one coaching sessions, workshops, and the implementation of Student Debt letters.

Programs, faculty, and staff can request financial aid workshops in order to ensure that their students are prepared financially for their tenure at USF Health. The workshops will help students understand their eligibility requirements, review and accept their awards, understand how to maintain their aid, navigate Student Self-Service (formerly OASIS), how to apply for federal, institutional, and private aid, etc.
