4. Join an Advisory Group
Maternal Health, Infant Health, and Perinatal Indicator committees meet once per year to provide guidance on our activities.

5. Become a Sustaining Member
Membership fees contribute to high value quality improvement efforts that benefit Florida's mothers and infants. The funds are used to support the operational costs of the collaborative including salaries, fees, travel, printing, marketing, promotion, space, food, and other related expenses.
Memberships are available for individuals ($25 annually) and for organizations ($500 annually).
