Sunshine Education & Research Center
Academic Programs
The Sunshine ERC plays a strong role in the education of professionals in the areas of Environmental and Occupational Health. Academic Programs are offered by the Sunshine ERC through the Colleges of Arts and Sciences, Medicine, Nursing, and Public Health. An Interdisciplinary approach is taken when training our graduate students as they have the opportunity to interact and learn from each other through occupational health core courses research and class projects, community outreach activities and presenting research at state, regional and national conferences. NIOSH tuition support and research related travel to professional conferences are available to graduate students with US citizenship or residency. Some programs offer additional stipends, please see Program Director for details.
