• Three letters of recommendation:
• USF accepts only the J1 visa (H-1 not acceptable)
• For International Graduates, you need to have graduated within five years of the current match year and completed a minimum of six months of clinical experience in the United States.  You also need to have your ECFMG certificate before our rank list is submitted. The University of South Florida only sponsors a J-1 VISA.
