Fellowship
Fostering a Culture of Wellness
Our fellowship program is committed to providing a clinical learning environment that promotes physician wellness and the highest quality of patient care. The program director, program administrator, and entire core faculty have an open door policy with respect to listening and responding to concerns of the fellows.
Fellows are able to comfortably and confidentially discuss their concerns during the office hours scheduled with the program director, program administrator, or core faculty. If the fellow has a specific matter they feel they cannot share directly with the program, they are also able to schedule a private appointment with the Director of USF Health’s Graduate Medical Education Dept. If additional help is needed, USF also has a Resident Assistance Program.
