The best training sites to gain internal medicine experience are Tampa General Hospital, James A Haley VA, and Moffitt Cancer Center. Rotations on a ward service or medicine subspecialty consult service at Tampa General or JAHVA will give you the most interaction with program administration, core faculty, and residents.
