Center for Global Health and Inter-Disciplinary Research

Masters Degree Programs

The GHIDR center is a multi-disciplinary team of researchers actively engaged in research on disease of global public health significance. Opportunities are available for students of all levels to volunteer or pursue their graduate degree research in our labs. GHIDR is not an independent academic unit. As such, students can not apply directly to the Center. Students interested in pursuing research in a Center lab should thoroughly review each faculty member listed on our “faculty” page and then apply directly to a degree program in the home department of any faculty member of interest.

Our faculty members come from either the College of Public Health or from the College of Arts and Sciences, Department of Cell Biology, Microbiology, and Molecular Biology.
