An evidence-based approach to preventing, treating, and reversing the progression of chronic conditions via comprehensive lifestyle changes, including nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, social support, and avoiding risky substances.

What is community-engaged lifestyle medicine?

The practice of preventing chronic disease and promoting healthy lifestyle behaviors via collaborative, multi-stakeholder, and community-engaged delivery of lifestyle medicine in diverse, low-income populations.
