Services

The department serves USF Health by providing facility planning, engineering development and construction execution of minor renovation and improvement projects. Projects range in category from minor facility office/lab refurbishing to construction alterations or renovations. 

Project Funding 

Project work is commonly funded by the requesting department. Some projects qualify for HSC PECO funding depending on the programmatic and functional needs of said department.
