The Office of Operations and Facilities Management (OFM) serves to provide the USF Health organization with facilities management and engineering support services for over approximately two million square feet of building space.
Our mission includes capital construction, comprehensive building planning, real estate allocation, facilities maintenance, and adherence to regulatory compliance.
