Sample Preparation Guidelines:

Sample Prep: We prefer to have at least 50-100ug of sample to work with (more is fine).  Sample can be cell pellets, lysates, gel bands ect.  Please contact the core about specific sample prep and helpful guidelines.

Mass Spec incompatible compounds: TWEEN, Triton-X, DMSO, DMF, NMP, PEG, & Glycerol.

Sample Que: Once samples are submitted You will be given access to the online sample que (powered by TRELLO) so you can track your samples progress.
