Detectors: 405 nm 20, 410-860nm; 488nm,16, 495-860 nm; 561 nm, 12, 570-860 nm; 637nm 8, 645-860nm
Imaging detectors are off the blue laser (even if the fluor would be better excited elsewhere), FL1: 434/46, FL2: 600/60, FL3 788/225. The imaging PMTs are NOT unmixed/compensated, so if you want to use these, make sure that no other fluor shows up here.
Our instrument does not have UV laser, nut we extensively tested it and the following BUVs can be used: 496, 563, 615, 661, 737, 805. Unmixing worked fine for nearly all combinations, with BUV615 have a few issues. If you are using more, make sure that you have brilliant staining buffer in the mix.
