Biography
Dr. Theresa Crocker, is an Associate Professor at the College of Public Health and holds a courtesy appointment in
Anthropology. She is also the Director of the Nutrition and Dietetics Program
at the University of South Florida.
Dr.
Crocker’s professional interests stem from over 20 years working in diverse
community, clinical, non-profit and academic settings as a clinician,
researcher and educator. She is an applied researcher who has used
multi-modal inquiry to conduct formative analysis and program evaluation on a
range of health related topics including: factors influencing participation in
cancer prevention clinical trials, the Veteran reintegration experience, and
participation in a community-based memory screening program.
