Kim Chism is an Instructor I at the College of Public Health for the BSHS program. She earned her BS degree in dietetics from Harding University in Searcy, Ark., and completed her dietetic internship at St. Luke's Hospital/Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Fla. After working as a registered dietitian nutritionist for several years, she earned her MPH degree from the COPH in 2012. Kimberly has worked in a variety of clinical and educational settings, including at USF as the campus dietitian for USF Student Health Services from 2003-2011.
She is passionate about education and loves assisting students. Her professional interests include nutrigenomics, aging and neurocognitive disorders and autoimmune conditions.
