Applications to the USF Emergency Medicine Residency Program are accepted from senior medical students from accredited medical schools and other qualified candidates through the ERAS Application and NRMP Match.  Covid-19 has brought new challenges for the upcoming interview season.  Under the guidance of USF, we are currently planning for virtual interviews during the 2020-2021 season.  Please feel free to contact our program coordinator or any of our core faculty with questions.

Doximity Statement

We discourage the use of doximity among applicants.  The process by which doximity ranks residencies is flawed and does not accurately reflect the training of quality of US residency programs.  We share the stance taken by our professional societies including SAEM, CORD, ABEM, AAEM, EMRA, AACEM, and ACOEP and have openly advised that our residents and faculty should not participate.
