MyUSF

MyUSF is the online portal which provides access to online services:

  • Email and Teams
  • Learning and Teaching Tools
  • Business Systems
  • My Resources
  • Manage My Net ID

To access your personal employment information visit GEMS under Business Systems.

Your USF Net ID

You will need to create your USF Net ID. USF Net IDs are required to access the MyUSF portal and to obtain a USF email account.

  • You will need your USF Employee ID number and Student (U) number:
    • Your USF ID (GEMS) number is: 00000xxxxxx
    • Your USF (U) number is: Uxxxxxxxx
  • Once you create and activate your NET ID you will be assigned a USF email.
Create and activate your Net ID

ID Cards

Your USF Health ID badge will not only serve to identify you, but it will also grant you access to restricted buildings, floors, and offices not open to the general public.

We recommend you obtain your ID as quickly as possible. For more information visit USF Card.

USF Campus Parking
