Dr. Jacqueleen Reyes Hull is a skilled leader in organizational strategy, project management, administration, and operations with over two decades of experience in the education and healthcare sectors. As the Associate Vice President for Administration & Organizational Strategy and Associate Dean for Strategic Initiatives, Dr. Reyes Hull oversees a diverse portfolio of strategic initiatives and projects that drive operational excellence across USF Health’s four colleges and its education, research, and clinical mission areas.
She also oversees administrative and operational services at the Morsani College of Medicine, Taneja College of Pharmacy, and Heart Institute building in downtown Tampa, including building concierge services, partnerships, vendors relations, and event planning in support of over 2,000 students, faculty, staff, and researchers.
A hallmark of Dr. Reyes Hull's tenure is the establishment of two inaugural USF Health offices within the department of administration:
- Executive Project Management Office, which centralizes project oversight with standardized methodologies that have significantly improved project outcomes; and
- Office of Strategic Initiatives, which functions as an internal consulting group to support and plan for organizational growth by providing services focused on operational effectiveness and efficiency, competitiveness, stability and longevity.
Under her leadership, these offices have become essential to aligning institutional goals with high-impact outcomes and forging the future of USF Health.
Beyond her strategic and operational roles, Dr. Reyes Hull actively represents USF Health in a variety of local, national, and international organizations, including the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) where her expertise in institutional planning has contributed to the advancement of academic medicine nationwide. Her participation in these organizations highlights her dedication to furthering the mission of USF Health and making a positive impact on the broader community.
Dr. Reyes Hull holds a Doctor of Education with a concentration in Instructional Design & Technology from Nova Southeastern University, a Master of Science in English Education from Florida International University, and a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Miami. Committed to continuous learning, she has completed advanced training at Harvard University and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. Additionally, she is a published author with contributions that span online education, journalism, and literary fiction.
