USF Health Office of Strategic Initiatives
The USF Health Office of Strategic Initiatives (OSI) functions as an internal consulting group to support and plan for organizational growth by providing services focused on operational effectiveness & efficiency, competitiveness, stability and longevity. The OSI supports the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer's strategic initiatives to advance the mission and shape the future of USF Health by providing them with the services outlined below.

Strategic planning & initiative execution can be broken down into the activities below or fully coordinated by the OSI from start to finish:
- Strategic Planning - Defining a vision and establishing key goals & objectives
- Tactical/Operational Planning - Developing measurable action plans to achieve strategic vision, goals, and objectives
- Strategic Initiative Execution - Implementing, monitoring, and reporting of action plans (may be done in collaboration with the USF Health PMO)

Helping organizational units to improve performance through analysis of current state and development of future plans.

The art of moving a group of people through meetings or planning sessions to successfully achieve a specific goal.
