USF Health Administration manages 25Live, the enterprise scheduling system for USF Health space in the North Tampa and Downtown Campus locations. Services include:
- System administration
- Facilitation of academic scheduling
- Room reservation management

USF Health Administration facilitates the development of and monitors progress of the USF Health Annual Report, aligning key initiatives and outcomes across Health’s college and mission areas with USF priorities.

USF Health Administration supports the establishment and facilitates and tracks the periodic review of USF Health’s institutes and centers, which aim to extend the university’s research, service, and training activities.

USF Health Administration oversees the administrative and operational framework of the downtown MDD building, ensuring seamless operations and a positive stakeholder experience in a dynamic, urban environment. Services include:
- Development and maintenance of building processes
- Management of building operational framework and collaborative service coordination with: library, IT/AV, security, catering and food service, parking, facilities management and events and conferencing
- Building stakeholder management
- Water Street partner coordination (City of Tampa, Car Park, etc.)
- Strategic space initiatives

Located at the front desk of the MDD building, BCS team serves as a central point of contact for the MDD building and provides the following services to USF Health stakeholders:
- Reception & triage
- Space scheduling
- Directory management
- Building communication services
- Building and internal services coordination
- Notary services

The USF Health Downtown Meeting and Events team provides full-service planning for external meetings and events at the MDD building. Services include:
- Event scheduling
- Room setup and teardown
- Special IT/AV requirements
- Oversight of day-of-events
- Coordination with partnering vendors
- Billing and payments
