Comprehensive, Clinical Training in Allergy & Immunology
The mission of the Allergy and Immunology Fellowship Training Program at the University of South Florida is to provide comprehensive, clinical training in allergy and immunology to prepare physicians for clinical or academic practice. We accomplish this through the creation of a scholarly environment which promotes research in basic and clinical science, relevant to the medical care of our patients and the educational needs of our trainees.
Fellows will have an opportunity to participate in and develop the following general core competencies to begin the independent practice of allergy and immunology including: patient care, medical knowledge, practice-based learning, interpersonal and communication skills, professionalism and system-based practice.
