Stipend & Benefit Information

Services under the health insurance plan are currently provided through United Health Care’s Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) of clinicians, credentialed and approved by the insurance provider and their Preferred Provider Network of hospitals.

Benefits

Health Insurance is currently provided at no cost to the resident. If you have a spouse and/or children, there is nominal monthly co-pay that is taken directly from your salary.

Group Term Life Insurance provides $50,000 of basic term life insurance and $50,000 accidental death and dismemberment. Residents have the option for additional insurance at their own expense.

403(b) Retirement Plan is a U.S. tax-advantaged retirement savings plan available for public education organizations, some non-profit employers, cooperative hospital service organizations, and self-employed ministers in the United States.
