• The Channelside Port Garage is a convenient parking option for Morsani College of Medicine and Heart Institute (MCOM + HI) visitors.
• The Channelside Port Garage parking is typically $2/hour on normal business days between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, however, costs may vary.
• Additionally, a variety of both private and public parking options (street, garage and surface lot) are available throughout the Water Street district.

Channelside Port Garage Parking Instructions

1. Guest arrives at Channelside Port Garage and will receive a ticket upon entry. Payment is required upon exit.
2. Upon exit, if paying with cash, the guest must use the walk-up payment terminals located near major stairways in the Channelside Port Garage. If paying with card, the guest has the option to pay at the walkup terminals or the exit drive-up terminal.
3. Upon exiting the Channelside Port Garage, guest will insert the validated ticket into the payment machine at the exit point of the garage and will be prompted to pay parking costs.
