Mission
The mission of USF Health Administration is to drive a culture of operational excellence through collaborations and implementation of quality services and systems in support of the USF Health community.
Services Areas
The USF Health Administration team serves USF Health's education, research and clinical missions with a focus on three service areas:
- Strategic Initiatives: The office of strategic initiatives supports the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer's strategic initiatives to advance the mission and shape the future of USF Health.
- Project Management: The project management office (PMO) provides thoughtful and results-driven project management services to support USF Health's continued development and respond to the changing needs of our community.
- Administrative & Operational Support: USF Health Administration supports administrative & operational excellence by providing quality solutions that foster an optimal working and learning environment for USF Health faculty, staff and students. Administrative and operational support focuses on cross-departmental operations, and concierge, notary, and event services in downtown Tampa.
