In order to provide the highest quality service, we ask that 25Live room reservations be made at least 24 hours in advance to allow the Classroom Setup Team to schedule accordingly. Classrooms may require anywhere from 10 minutes to 2 hours of set up time, depending on size and configuration.
*Please note: The Classroom Setup Team is not responsible for AV/IT setup.
Downtown MDD: If you have additional requests or notes to make about your reservation, please email Building Concierge Services at HealthBCS@usf.edu. Please note: additional services such as event services, stage setup, and catering are NOT offered by BCS.
For Room Reservations in MDD:
For setup requests, general inquiries, or concerns please email HealthBCS@usf.edu for Downtown MDD.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org in advance to request dedicated AV or IT support for your event.
Press the help button on the room control panel to request immediate AV/IT assistance. Please note that wait times are dependent on ticket volume.
To successfully institute this service, anyone reserving these reconfigurable rooms must adhere to standardized start and stop times for their events which require all events to start on the hour or half hour, and end on the: 20 or: 50 minute mark. This will allow for a ten minute transition time for our Classroom Set Up staff to raise or lower walls, and set up tables and chairs to the standard layout for each reconfigurable room.
If you have selected an alternate layout for a room at MDD (by following the instructions above), please book the appropriate setup and teardown in your reservation. Minimum standard setup times are listed by room capacity below:
