Caitlin Wolf is the Assistant Vice President for Administration & Organizational Strategy at USF Health. With over a decade of experience in higher education, Caitlin is a seasoned leader specializing in administration, organizational consulting, strategic initiatives, operations and project management. Caitlin manages the USF Health Executive Project Management Office, which she played a lead role in establishing, and directs administrative and operational services for the Morsani College of Medicine, Taneja College of Pharmacy, and the Heart Institute building in downtown Tampa.
Throughout her career at USF Health, Caitlin has held various roles, including Deputy Chief Administrative Officer and Director of Student Services, demonstrating her versatility and commitment to enhancing educational, research, and clinical mission areas. Her strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and collaborative leadership style enable her to lead impactful initiatives and consulting engagements that drive growth and operational excellence across USF Health. Caitlin’s achievements and leadership were recently recognized by the Tampa Bay Business Journal, naming her a 2023 40 Under 40 recipient—an award that honors Tampa Bay's best and brightest young professionals and emerging leaders.
Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Florida and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of South Florida. She is also certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt and a Meyers-Briggs Coach.
