What is INSIGHT

The INSIGHT is a dedicated clinical and translational research institute focused on advancing evidence-based ophthalmic care through rigorous clinical investigation and multicenter collaboration.

INSIGHT actively participates in multicenter clinical trials and collaborative research networks.

While not serving as a formal coordinating center, the Institute contributes scientific leadership, advanced phenotyping expertise, and specialized imaging and biomarker capabilities across participating sites.

Outcomes and Real-World Evidence

We prioritize clinically meaningful endpoints that improve quality of life and long-term visual outcomes. INSIGHT conducts:

• Patient-reported outcome studies
• Longitudinal cohort research
• Real-world therapeutic effectiveness studies
• Post-marketing safety evaluations

Translational Research

INSIGHT bridges laboratory discovery with patient care by:

• Developing and validating imaging and molecular biomarkers

Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Analytics
