The Division of Neurocritical Care at the University of South Florida Health Department of Neurosurgery, Brain and Spine is comprised of neurocritical care specialists dedicated to providing comprehensive, evidence-based care for patients with life-threatening neurological and neurosurgical conditions. Our multidisciplinary team delivers advanced critical care for patients with acute ischemic stroke, intracerebral and subarachnoid hemorrhage, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, seizures and status epilepticus, central nervous system infections, severe neuromuscular and neuroimmunological disorders, and those recovering from complex neurosurgical and neuroendovascular procedures.

Working collaboratively with neurosurgeons, neurologists, neurointerventional specialists, trauma surgeons, and critical care teams, we provide around-the-clock management using the latest monitoring technologies, advanced therapeutics, and individualized treatment strategies. Our mission is to optimize neurological recovery, improve patient outcomes, and advance the field of neurocritical care through excellence in clinical care, education, and research.
