Application Process
How to Apply
For the 2027 appointment year, we will only accept applications submitted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) Fellowship Application Site. Please refer to ERAS timeline for application.
Interviews will be conducted virtually on selected dates in September and October of 2026.
All appointments are made through the Medical Specialties Matching Program sponsored by the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) Specialties Matching Service.
Materials Required to Apply
All applications in ERAS to the USF Health Interventional Pulmonology Fellowship must include these materials as supporting documentation:
Must be a graduate from a North American Medical School that is LCME or AOA accredited or have full ECFMG certification. International medical graduates that are not US citizens or permanent residents must be eligible to receive a J-1 visa
3 letters of recommendations (one letter must be from PCCM program director)
Curriculum Vitae
Copy of Medical School Diploma
Copy of Medical School Transcript
Medical School Performance Evaluation (MSPE)
Personal Statement
Procedure Log (please include it with your personal statement while uploading on ERAS)
USMLE or COMLEX scores
NRMP applicant number (not required to submit application)
ECFMG certification (if applicable)
