Fellowship Program
ID Conferences
The monthly disciplinary conference, inaugurated in 2021, aims to develop collaboration between the clinician and scientist and brainstorm innovative research ideas to aid in a deeper understanding of clinically relevant disease processes and organisms. The ID fellow presents a clinical case, followed by a presentation by a PhD candidate from the Department of Molecular Biosciences on the latest science behind the organism presented.
We have academic Wednesdays from 8:00-11:00 am as our weekly conference day. During this time, fellows will forward all pages/texts/calls to the attending on-service to protect their educational hours.
