Before Your 1st Shift:

  1. If you have not been contacted on making your schedule at least 1 week prior to the rotation write Dr. Zachariah at: zachariahMD@gmail.com
  2. Click and complete this link: Rotator Contact Information Page
  3. Read through this website in its entirety
  4. Complete all of you required EPIC training and have your access to EPIC ready and check to see if it is working
  5. HAVE SCHEDULED YOUR SHIFTS WITH THE RESIDENT COORDINATOR

First Day of your rotation

Wednesdays

  • Go to Grand Rounds

Wednesday of the First Week of your rotation

  1. Download and review the PowerPoint lecture for the Simulation lab
  2. Go to SimLab @ CAMLS (you will be informed if the SimLab is changed to any other date)

One Hour Before the End of Each Shift

  1. Print out the shift evaluation form
  2. Hand the form to the ATTENDING that you work with (RESIDENT EVALS WILL NOT COUNT)
  3. GET THE EVAL BACK
  4. GET THE EVAL BACK
  5. GET THE EVAL BACK
  6. If I haven't been clear then GET THE EVAL BACK
  7. Make a copy of the eval and keep it for your records, if I am missing something I will ask you for your copy
  8. Take a picture and email a copy to both Andria Perry (andriaperry1@gmail.com) & Dr. Zachariah (zachariahMD@gmail.com)
