The Marketing team at USF Health leads and designs strategic initiatives that enhance the institution’s reputation, promote clinical services, and support our academic mission. In partnership with leadership, faculty, and departments across all four health colleges, the team develops integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness and visibility.

From institution-wide marketing campaigns to targeted clinical promotion plans, the Marketing team ensures that every initiative highlights the impact and excellence of USF Health. Our team creates high-quality creative, digital, and communications assets that drive engagement, support compelling storytelling, and maintain consistent brand representation across platforms and academic medicine partnerships.

Creative

Creative at USF Health provides graphic design expertise that helps bring ideas and initiatives to life across the organization. The team develops a wide range of branded visual assets, including event flyers, promotional graphics, digital ads, and other marketing materials that support colleges, departments, research programs, and clinical services.

Through thoughtful design and consistent brand standards, Creative helps departments communicate in a visually engaging, effective, and dynamic way. By translating complex ideas into compelling visual content, the team strengthens audience engagement while ensuring a cohesive and recognizable USF Health brand experience.

Digital Advertising

Digital Advertising helps amplify key messages and connect with target audiences through strategic, multi-channel promotion. By leveraging paid digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and other promotional channels, the team ensures important announcements, initiatives, and events reach the right audiences at the right time.

In addition to external and digital outreach, Digital Advertising supports internal visibility through digital signage displayed across USF Health colleges and clinical practices. Clinical trials, new services and specialties, patient care initiatives, and other priority messages can be featured to increase engagement and drive awareness for USF Health patient care services.

Social Media

Social Media serves as a powerful tool for engaging, informing, and connecting with target audiences while advancing the USF Health mission of improving health through education, research, and patient care. Beyond sharing information, social media helps build meaningful relationships with the communities we serve and fosters ongoing engagement with students, faculty, staff, patients, alumni, and partners.

USF Health Communications & Marketing collaborates with colleges, departments, and programs to promote events, achievements, initiatives, and other key messages through official USF Health social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
