USF Health would like to address your concerns. We are committed to ensuring that every individual who comes to us for healthcare receives the highest level of care in a compassionate and supportive environment. The Patient Experience/Patient Relations office is open Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5 PM. We are closed during the holidays and on weekends.
We can assure you that your concerns will be taken seriously and we will address in the appropriate manner.
