Sunshine ERC Student Association

The Sunshine ERC Student Association (SERCSA) consists of all students who have been accepted into one of the seven NIOSH-supported programs: Occupational Exposure Science (Industrial Hygiene), Health, Safety & Environment, Occupational Health Nursing, Occupational Health Psychology, Occupational Medicine Residency, Occupational Safety Management and Targeted Research Training. The primary purpose of the SERCSA is to provide its students with interdisciplinary academic and social opportunities. We hope that these activities will enhance and enrich our students' learning and personal experiences while attending USF. Activities are coordinated by Dr. Candace Burns along with an advisory board of students elected each year with representatives from each discipline. Any SERC students who are interested in serving on the committee or attending the meetings should contact Dr. Candace Burns.
