Partner With the Mo-Bull Clinic
At the USF Health College of Nursing, we believe that strong community partnerships are essential to expanding healthcare access and improving health outcomes. We welcome collaborations with organizations, healthcare providers, and community leaders who share our mission of delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to underserved populations.
By partnering with us, you contribute to a service that meets people where they live and work, breaking down barriers to care. The Mo-Bull Clinic provides convenient, on-site primary care services and serves as a training ground for future nurses.

Through a four-year grant from the Health Resources and Services Administration (award number UK1HP46068), the USF College of Nursing launched the Mo-Bull Nurse Medical Clinic. Complete with two exam rooms, a bathroom, a freezer, and a pop-up awning, the Mo-Bull clinic is staffed with two advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs), a patient care coordinator, faculty preceptor, and serves as a clinical training site for undergraduate nursing students.

Principal Investigator Usha Menon, RN, PhD, FAAN, FSBM, senior associate vice president of USF Health and dean of the College of Nursing, and her team have been working closely with many of the key partners and communities that are engaged with the Mo-Bull Nurse Medical Clinic. These collaborative partnerships strengthen our ability to provide consistent care with expanded services to meet the needs of underserved community residents and to develop strategies to sustain the Mo-Bull clinic beyond the life of the grant.

The Care for Life Station Powered by Skanska
When the Mo-Bull Nurse Medical Clinic rolled onto the USF Tampa campus in March, Skanska committed to aiding in the construction of a nightly home for the unit. The Gulf Coast’s first completely nurse-managed Mo-Bull clinic required more than just typical lined pavement. Skanska fully funded and commissioned the work for the brand-new ‘Care for Life Station Powered by Skanska,’ complete with the requisite connections for water, electricity, and sewage.
