Why USF?: The camaraderie of the residents/faculty and the balance of education and wellness. I also love living in the Tampa Bay area!
Something about you: I was a competitive gymnast for 20 years (Go Bears!) and I adopted my coaches’ tradition of doing a standing backflip on every birthday.

Why USF?:  I knew I wanted to stay in Florida for residency and specifically at a program with nearby beach access! The amazing leadership, diverse faculty, and a genuine collegiality between residents were the cherry on top.

Why USF?:  The people. From day 1 as a rotating medical student I was treated like a friend and valuable member of the team. The attendings/residents, nursing and ancillary staff are very friendly and have your back when things get crazy. The pathology (high volume level 1 trauma center), the location (hospital is on the water) and the facilities (recently renovated ER) are an added bonus.
Something about you:  I cook a mean rack of ribs.
