Faculty Forward Overview
The Morsani College of Medicine recently completed participation the AAMC Faculty Forward process, which is a non-attributable method for measuring faculty satisfaction down to the department level and identifying areas of excellence and areas of concern to the faculty. It can be used to improve the work environment. USF completed this survey in mid-year 2014 and compared results with peers selected by the faculty and with the entire cohort of schools (22) and found areas for discussion and potential improvement.
