Clinical USF Recreation Center Residency

The USF Recreation Center and Student Health Services position involves outreach to three different areas located on the University of South Florida Tampa campus. The majority of time is spent providing athletic training services to a variety of student athletes who participate in the University’s sport clubs. The sports which require the most attention include men’s and women’s rugby, lacrosse, soccer, ice hockey, and field hockey. Athletic training services are offered through scheduled office hours at the Campus Recreation Center, as well as weekly practice and game coverage.

For more information on these residencies, contact Dr. Rebecca Lopez at rml@usf.edu.

USF Athletics: Clinical Athletic Training Residencies (Division I)

USF has several positions working with Division 1 level student-athletes in a variety of sports. We look for independent, self-starting individuals to join our Bulls staff. These positions help the individual athletic trainer bridge the gap between undergraduate athletic training to the level of expertise needed at the Division 1 intercollegiate level. For more information on USF Athletics and Sports Medicine, go to www.gousfbulls.com or contact Steve Walz, Assistant Athletic Director/Director of Sports Medicine, walz@usf.edu.
