The Research Methodology and Biostatistics (RMB) Core is comprised of 6 faculty members and research staff with a desire to serve the USF community in meeting its research support needs.

At the RMB Core, we aim to provide varied research support services to any USF affiliated researcher at any stage of his or her project. This may include study development, grant application services, biostatistics services, data extraction and management, or research dissemination. Our goal is to create a safe collaborative environment in order to support the growing research needs of faculty and students at Morsani College of Medicine.

In addition to our service mission, we are dedicated to teaching and scholarship. Over the last 5 years, we have provided several workshops on research methodology, evidence based medicine, and research dissemination. Our faculty are dedicated to teaching courses at MCOM. Additionally, we have collaborated with multiple departments at MCOM as well as researchers nationally and internationally. This collaboration has resulted in over 120 published papers on a variety of health topics over the last five years.
