Welcome to the Department of Health Policy & Systems Management (HPSM) at the University of South Florida College of Public Health. We are excited for the opportunity to conduct research; educate students; and offer insight on policies, systems, and practices that make our healthcare institutions and workplaces work optimally.

We have phenomenal faculty engaging in high impact work, such as serving in leadership roles with the American College of Healthcare Executives, educating physicians at Grand Rounds to guide clinical decision-making, and offering occupational workforce development through the USF OSHA Training Institute and Education Center.

We offer our students a competency-based model of education that prioritizes integrity, job skill development, and professional excellence.
