Research Interests

  • Holistic perspective on health and wellness, considering the variables at play in the aging process and how these variables can be impacted by physical activity and structured exercise. Primarily focused on the impact and intersection of lifestyle factors such as exercise, nutrition and sleep on brain health and cognitive function throughout the lifecycle.
