In accordance with the Academy of Clinical Neuropsychology (AACN) guidelines, the USF Health Neuropsychology Division utilizes psychometrists to perform neuropsychological testing.

Our psychometrists are trained in the administration and scoring of psychological and neuropsychological tests under the supervision of the attending clinical psychologist or neuropsychologist. Many of our psychometrists have graduated and now are working in roles of psychologists and clinical psychologists.

The Department of Neurosurgery and Brain Repair encourages each of the technicians to hold authorship on several active Division research projects investigating neurocognitive sequalae within the Division’s diverse patient population.
