Biography

Ann Joyce, Ph.D., is an Instructor of Workforce Programming and Professional Development, and Director of the Lifelong Learning Academy at the University of South Florida. She has over 20 years of experience in designing and delivering high-quality learning programs for diverse audiences and industries. She is passionate about creating innovative and impactful solutions that meet the needs of the changing workforce and the global market. She received her bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida. Her master’s degree in training and development from the University of St. Frances. She came back to USF to complete her doctorate in Higher Education Administration. In her current role, she leads a team of learning designers to uphold the highest standards of quality and effectiveness and collaborates closely with subject matter experts to spearhead the integration of cutting-edge technology into all their programs.
