Applications for both the Integrated Residency and the Fellowship are accepted through ERAS. Our committee will review all submitted materials and extend invitations to interview. Invitations are sent to applicants through Thalamus, and once received, applicants will use the Thalamus self-scheduling tool to select their interview date.

Completed applications should include:

• Personal statement
• Dean’s Letter
• Three letters of recommendation
• Medical school transcripts
